Event Rules:	Helmet required for all rides; helpful to bring cash for snack/rest stop.

Cancellation Policy:

Start time 9:30 at Canal Road, in Independence. Roughly a 12 mile road on towpath and city streets to the harbor. We'll grab a bite thereabouts, gawk at the sail ships, and anyone who wants can pay admission to tour the ships. Returning more or less the same route to get us back to the start at 1 pm or so.

For a longer ride, start earlier at Alexander Road or the 303 Bike and Hike trail. And post your plans so that a proper group can form.
