Rides - Event View

Everyone...

For the Saturday Social Ride, July 6th we’ll be riding to Independence with a rest stop at Yours Truly Restaurant. The route will be a combination of public roads and the Bike-n-Hike with flat to rolling hills and a climb out of the valley. This will be an out-n-back route with a total distance of 34 miles. We’ll be leaving the Barlow Rd. Bike-n-Hike parking lot at 9:00 am. This is a social ride at a comfortable pace of 13 mph. We’ll regroup as needed. Like all ABC rides, this ride is for current members and first-time guest.

As always, helmets are required on all ABC rides. Also, no ear buds and no use of cell phones for talk, text, or music while riding. It is also advised during daylight hours to use a good tail light and headlight when riding on public roads. Please obey all traffic laws…safety is everyone’s responsibility. Also, make sure that your bike is properly maintained and is in good working condition.
