Rides - Event View

Everyone,

For the Wednesday Morning Ride, June 25th we will be riding to Hudson with a rest stop at a local bakery. The route will be a combination of public roads and the Stow Bike-n-Hike with flat to rolling hills. This will be a loop route with a total distance of 33.5 miles. We’ll be leaving the Barlow Rd. Bike-n-Hike parking lot at 9:00 am. There will be two groups if necessary. The faster group will ride at a pace of 15 - 16 mph. The slower group will ride at a pace of 13 to 14 mph. There will be someone leading the slower group and if possible, someone will lead the faster group. We will regroup as needed. Like all ABC rides, this ride is for current members and first-time guest.

As always, helmets are required on all ABC rides. Also, no ear buds and no use of cell phones for talk, text, or music while riding. It is also advised during daylight hours to use a good tail light and headlight when riding on public roads. Please obey all traffic laws…safety is everyone’s responsibility. Also, make sure that your bike is properly maintained and is in good working condition.
