Starting at Greenleaf Park. Stop in Creston mile 20. Return around Chippewa Lake. Can shorten by 4 miles at mile 28, missing the Lake.
Longer Faster typically has two groups 14-16 mph average for route and 16-19 mph in faster group. Bring Cue Sheet or GPS file.
